About Us
We’re a team of five diversely skilled MHCI students at Carnegie Mellon University. We are thrilled to partner with our capstone client, MARi, to design research-supported prototypes and pitch-worthy stakeholder flows, and help build the foundation of MARi’s key AI-supported systems to make business and employee training and skill management more streamlined and effective.
TEAM PROFILE
AYUMI LEE
I’m a product designer from Hong Kong who believes design is the courage to ask “what if”. Before coming to CMU, I interned at IDEO as an interaction designer, worked in a Web3 company as a product designer, and cofounded a data analytics startup from 0 to 1. Outside of work, I love creating illustrations, animations, and playing Volleyball.

JADON LAM
I love thinking about how people use and are affected by the systems and experiences around them, and beyond that how I can make those relationships more effective. My B.S. in Human Systems Engineering (UX Focus) from Arizona State University has given me interesting perspectives on designing for digital interfaces through the lens of Human Factors.
